All of our rooms have new sheets, comforters, and towels.  We have fully renovated almost half of our rooms into (we believe) the freshest, clean and comfortable rooms you will find in Reedsport and the Oregon Coast.  Each of our rooms has an incredible view, as we are right on the banks of the Umpqua River.  

​​​We have queen, double queen,  king ,  and handicap accessible Rooms.  We also have  double queen and king Suites.
